As IDZ – IngreDiZymes continues to expand, we are delighted to announce an important milestone in our journey: the incorporation of our first team member.

We are pleased to welcome Dra. Natalia Pigni, an accomplished researcher with extensive expertise in natural products, food science, bioactive compounds and computational biochemistry. Her addition to the team further strengthens IDZ’s scientific capabilities and reinforces our commitment to developing innovative, science-based functional ingredients.

With more than 10 years of research experience, Dra. Natalia has contributed to numerous multidisciplinary projects focused on functional ingredients, enzyme–polyphenol interactions and sustainable solutions for the food, nutraceutical and health sectors. Throughout her career, she has authored a significant number of scientific publications, led and co-led competitive research projects, and established an international scientific career spanning Argentina, Spain and the United States.

Her expertise will play an important role in advancing IDZ’s research and innovation activities, supporting the development of next-generation enzyme-based bioactive ingredients with validated functionality and industrial applicability.

The incorporation of Dra. Natalia Pigni marks an exciting new chapter for IDZ as we continue building a multidisciplinary team dedicated to transforming scientific research into innovative solutions for the food, nutraceutical, cosmetics and animal health industries.
