In this round table, IngreDiZymes was represented by its co-founder Begoña Muguerza, who contributed to the discussion by sharing the project’s experience within the TECNIO–industry collaboration framework. She highlighted how enzyme-based innovation, technology transfer and sustainable upcycling strategies form the core of IngreDiZymes’ model, illustrating how research-driven approaches can transform industrial by-products into high-value functional ingredients.
