On 12–13 March 2026, IDZ – IngreDiZymes attended the 5th Nutraceutical Conference (V Jornadas de Nutracéutica), held at the Centre Tarraconense El Seminari in Tarragona. The conference brought together researchers, healthcare professionals, industry representatives and students to discuss the latest advances in nutraceuticals, functional foods and bioactive ingredients.

As a spin-off of Universitat Rovira i Virgili (URV), attending this event provided an excellent opportunity for the IDZ team to engage with the scientific community, gain insights into emerging research and strengthen connections within the biotechnology and nutraceutical sectors.

The conference highlighted recent scientific developments in bioactive compounds, ingredient innovation and translational research, reinforcing the importance of collaboration between academia and industry in driving evidence-based innovation.

At IDZ, we value scientific meetings such as the Nutraceutical Conference as an opportunity to stay connected with the latest research, exchange knowledge and continue advancing the development of enzyme-based functional ingredients.
